Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days from our studio in Aotearoa, New Zealand. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

  • For New Zealand addresses, standard shipping usually takes 1–4 business days. Rural and remote areas may take a little longer. International delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

  • Orders up to $100 → $8 shipping
    Orders $100 and over → Free shipping

    Shipping rates are applied automatically at checkout.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $100

  • Unfortunately at this time we only ship within New Zealand

Returns & Refunds

  • We take great care with quality and packaging, but if something’s not right, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund or credit.

  • A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

  • Simply get in touch with our friendly team through our Contact page, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that while we’re always happy to help with faulty or incorrect items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

  • When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
