A Note from the Founder
Hi, I’m Tinealle — the heart behind PaperMaid.
I’ve always been drawn to notebooks and quiet rituals — the kind that help you connect with yourself, set intentions, or simply pause for breath. After years working in the printing industry and dreaming of something more purposeful, I launched PaperMaid as a way to combine creativity with care for the planet.
Whether you’re capturing ideas, writing your way through change, or simply taking a mindful pause, I hope our stationery becomes a trusted companion on your journey.
Our Story
PaperMaid was created right here in Tāmaki Makaurau, inside our very own manufacturing plant — the same facility that produces for more than 20,000 other New Zealand small businesses. After years of printing and crafting for others, we wanted to create something of our own: timeless tools that bring order, focus, and calm to busy lives.

We design stationery that helps you simplify your day and focus on what matters most. Every detail — from the paper texture to the page layout — is intentional.
