  • We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days from our studio in Aotearoa, New Zealand. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • For New Zealand addresses, standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days. Rural and remote areas may take a little longer. International delivery times vary based on location and carrier — please allow extra time for overseas orders.
